What is The Harmony Room?

The Harmony Room is a live music and entertainment venue with two locations: one in Hollywood and one in Eagle Rock.

Harmony Room @ St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Hollywood at 6125 Carlos Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90028

EAGLE ROCK LOCATION ||

Harmony Room @ St. Barnabas Episcopal Church in Eagle Rock at 2109 Chickasaw Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90041

*This venue contains two spaces: “The Harmony Room at St. Be” located downstairs in the church campus’ sanctuary , and “The Harmony Room at St. Be Upstairs” located across the patio in the church campus’ fellowship hall upstairs.

Can I volunteer at The Harmony Room?

How can I purchase tickets for a show?

Tickets for Harmony Room shows are available online here on our ‘Tickets’ page two weeks leading up to the show dates. If you purchase tickets online, please present your I.D. with the electronic copy of the receipt or hard copy of your receipt for entry to the show on the show date. If in the event that you arrive at The Harmony Room but you do not have access to the receipt, please present your I.D. to staff to validate your online ticket for entry.

Tickets are also available at the door via cash or card on the date of the performance. 

Can I purchase an online ticket for someone else to attend a show?

Yes. You are permitted to purchase a ticket for others to attend. Provide them with the electronic copy or hard copy of the receipt to present along with a form of I.D. for entry.

What is the ticket refund policy?

In order to receive a refund of the ticket amount purchased for a show, we ask that you request a refund at least 48 hours before the scheduled show. In the event that you can longer attend a show, but you request a refund that is not within the 48 hour time frame, you are only eligible to receive a credit to a future show.

If a show is canceled by the venue or performers, we will refund buyers the full ticket amount (fees from Stripe or PayPal not included).

What are parking options for guests?

Hollywood Location:

We have a small parking lot located at our gated entrance on Carlos that is free of charge. Street parking is available along Gower, Yucca, and Carlos streets. There are also non-Harmony Room associated paid parking lots near. Please adhere to street signage (i.e. loading zones, no parking zones, etc.)

Are the Harmony Room event spaces accessible?

Hollywood Location:

The Harmony Room at St. Stephen’s, Hollywood event space is mobility accessible: persons that need assistance with walking, or that use wheelchairs and other walking aids are welcome to use the Yucca street entrance to the building. If a patron would like to use the Yucca entrance, please send our staff an email at info@harmonyroom.org , as this entrance is primarily locked for security. The Carlos Avenue entrance to the building includes minimal stairways where some have handrails and some do not.

What are seating options?

Seating is first come, first served only. The chairs are foldable and non-foldable with padding, and can be moved to accommodate space for leg room, personal belongings, etc.

Guests using strollers, wheelchairs, walking aids and other mobility devices are at liberty to use the clear floor space to the front of the seating area, or any space in the seating section. Please speak with management if you would like assistance.

Are refreshments available? Are outside beverages and foods permitted?

Yes. Light snacks and beverages are available in our concessions area. Yes. Guests may bring their own snacks and beverages to the show. Guests of legal age (21 years of age and up) may bring their own alcohol, but for self consumption only. Responsibility is encouraged. Over inebriated guests will be asked to leave.

Where are the restrooms?

Hollywood Location:

Restrooms are located at the only turn of the hallway from the Harmony Room event space.

Are there health protocols?

Masks and social distancing (via standing or seating) are optional. Hand sanitizer is available for guests. Restrooms are also available for thorough hand washing with soap and water.

Are photographs and videos permitted at any point during event?

Yes. Feel free to take photographs and videos. Be sure to tag us on Facebook at @Harmony Room L.A. and Instagram at @harmonyroomla . We’d love to re-share your content to our page.
